Tanner Scheppers, the Pirates 2nd round pick, is rumored to have signed with the Pirates. According to local sources, he is still in Pittsburgh and is most likly the signing to be announced today.

i hear he is no longer in pittsburgh that he left wednesday
According to a local source, he is still in Pittsburgh and had not left. He was scheduled to leave Wednesday. I'll see if I can confirm my sources info in some way.
