From the Houston Chronicle:
As the talks heat up heading into the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline, the Astros left tickets for 12 opposing scouts Monday, including representatives of the Tigers, Yankees, Red Sox, Dodgers, Royals and Pirates.
Nothing unusual Nothing to look at. Just keep moving along. If anything, the Tigers, Yankees, Red Sox and Dodgers are looking at bullpen help. The Pirates and Royals are looking to be part of a three way deal that could land some of the promising bats in the Astros lineup. (Cough)
Who are the Pirates looking at? Discuss in the forum.
