INDIANAPOLIS (16-9):
scored two runs on a pair of wild pitches in the
10th inning and won, 9-7, @Pawtucket (Red Sox)...Franquelis Osoria (1-0),
who blew a two-run lead in the 9th inning, picked up the win and Brian
Rogers recorded his first save...Michael Tejera started in place of Marty
McLeary, who was promoted to the majors (2.0ip/5h/5r/5er/3bb/2so)...Luis
Matos (RF) was 3-for-4 with a double...Yurendell DeCaster (1B) had four
RBI, including a two-run homer (#3) with two outs in the 9th inning...The
Indians play in Pawtucket again tonight.

ALTOONA (11-12):
scored twice in the 10th inning, but gave up two in the
bottom of the frame and one in the 11th and lost, 6-5, @Connecticut
(Giants)...Alay Solar (1-1) suffered the loss...Chris Hernandez received a
blown save after he surrendered the two runs in the 10th...Josh Shortslef
was the starter (6.0ip/7h/3r/3er/1bb/3so)...Neil Walker (3B) hit what
appeared to be the game-winning home run, a two-run shot in the 10th (#4)
- his fourth in five games...Jason Bowers (SS) was 2-for-5...The Curve begin
a six-game homestand Friday night against Akron (Indians).

LYNCHBURG (10-12):
was postponed due to rain @home vs. Kinston
(Indians)...The Hillcats host Myrtle Beach (Braves) tonight.

HICKORY (11-14):
won, 5-4, @Lake County (Indians)...Mike Crotta (2-1)
was the starter and winner (6.0ip/5h/2r/1er/0bb/1so)...Olivo Astacio
picked up his fifth save...Jonel Pacheco (RF) was 2-for-4 with two doubles,
two runs scored and an RBI...Wanell Macia (DH) was 3-for-4...The Crawdads
host Greensboro (Marlins) tonight.
