2007 MLB Predictions

Well, I had this partially ready a week ago...If Disney didn't hamstring me. Pick me apart in the comments section. Without further ado...Here are my 2007 Predictions Sure to be Wrong:

AL EAST
Boston
NY Yankees
Toronto
Baltimore
Tampa Bay

Reasoning: With Papelbon closing, the Red Sox are a much stronger pitching staff. They can hit with the Yankees and have a better pitching rotation top to bottom.

AL CENTRAL
Minnesota
Detroit
Cleveland
Chicago Sox
Kansas City

Reasoning: Throw a blanket over the top 4 teams, Minnesota wins because of their bullpen. Joe Nathan makes the difference in this division.

AL WEST
LA Angels
Oakland
Texas
Seattle

Reasoning: Any team can win this division, it will come down to deadline deals and no team is deeper in the minors than the Angels.

NL EAST
NY Mets
Atlanta
Philadelphia
Florida
Washington

Reasoning: I am not sold on the Mets rotation, but they can put up some runs. The rest of the division is suspect, only Atlanta could challenge the Mets if they stay healthy with the Jones'.

NL CENTRAL
Milwaukee
Chicago Cubs
Houston
St. Louis
Pittsburgh
Cincinnati

Reasoning: Milwaukee has the best rotation, but any team in the division could win 90 as easily as they could lose 90.

NL WEST
San Diego
LA Dodgers
Arizona
San Francisco
Colorado

Reasoning: It is all about the rotation. Pitching will win the division for the Padres. LA and SF rely too much on aging vets.
